CPS Homes has three branches which, between them, over the whole of Cardiff. The original branch is located on Woodville Road in Cathays and is well known by Cardiff students and graduates alike. Our Head Office is on Albany Road in Roath and hosts our accounts and maintenance teams. The Cardiff Bay branch is a couple of hundred yards away from Mermaid Quay, based on James St.
CPS Homes are well regarded in buying, selling, renting and Cardiff property management. We are officially accredited by bodies who regulate the industry nationwide, such as ARLA, The Property Ombudsman and Landlord Accreditation Wales. We are also members of the local ALMA group. CPS Homes deal with professional, student and company lettings and typically deal with lets between 6 months and 3 years, whereas academic tenancies are usually 12 months long.
